Automotive and two-wheeler production runs on cycle time. Drupe Engineering has built complete two-wheeler chassis lines, trunnion assembly SPMs for heavy equipment, green tyre handling systems for tyre manufacturing and body-in-white robotic welding cells, each engineered to hold cycle time and dimensional consistency at the volumes automotive production demands.
Approved supplier to JCB, CNH, Caterpillar, Bosch and CEAT. Every system engineered and fabricated at our 300-ton MIDC Taloja floor.
1. Chassis & Frame Robotic Welding Cells Robotic welding cells built for chassis, frame and body-in-white assembly, holding consistent weld quality across high-volume runs. Compatible with KUKA, Yaskawa, Fanuc, ABB and Kawasaki, running spot, MIG and TIG.
2. Trunnion & Assembly Line SPMs Special purpose machines for component assembly lines, proven on a trunnion line installation for a heavy equipment manufacturer that cut handling issues and improved productivity across the line.
3. Green Tyre Handling Systems Automated handling for green tyre movement between cure press and finishing stations, engineered for the specific geometry and delicacy of uncured tyres. Proven on an installed system for a tyre manufacturing client.
4. Linear Motion Slides & Single-Axis Robots Precision linear slides and single-axis robots for pick-and-place, precision transfer and assembly automation. Speeds up to 2500 mm/sec with ±0.02 mm repeatability, sized for line-level cycle times.
From your first drawing to lifetime service, every project runs the same disciplined path.
Automotive production doesn’t have room for a line that runs inconsistent cycle times. Drupe has already delivered a trunnion line automation system for a heavy equipment manufacturer, a complete two-wheeler chassis line and green tyre handling automation for a tyre manufacturer. These are running in production, not pilot installations. Approved supplier standing with JCB, CNH, Caterpillar, Bosch and CEAT means our systems have already been proven inside the production lines of some of the largest OEMs and component makers in the country. Engineered, commissioned and supported in India, with spares and service response that doesn’t wait on an import.
Yes. We’ve delivered a trunnion line automation system for a heavy equipment manufacturer, a complete two-wheeler chassis line and green tyre handling automation for a tyre manufacturer. These are running in production.
Yes. Our robotic welding cells, linear slides and single-axis robots run at speeds up to 2500 mm/sec with ±0.02 mm repeatability, engineered for the cycle time your line requires without a quality drop-off at speed.
Yes. We integrate robotic welding, CNC cutting, linear motion and material handling under one control system when your line needs multiple processes running in sequence.
