Drupe Engineering was founded with a single conviction: that India could build heavy industrial automation to the tolerances it was otherwise importing. Starting from a small fabrication setup, the focus from day one was precision, not volume.
As demand grew from structural steel fabricators and heavy equipment manufacturers, Drupe expanded its machine building capability, moving from standalone equipment to fully engineered welding and cutting systems.
Drupe began supplying automation systems for pressure vessel and oil & gas fabrication, industries where every weld is inspected and every system has to hold code-compliant tolerance under audit.
Drupe moved into robotic welding and gantry integration, working across ABB, KUKA, Fanuc and Yaskawa platforms. This marked the shift from mechanized automation to fully robotic, brand-agnostic systems built around the client’s process.
Today, Drupe Engineering operates a 300-ton fabrication facility at MIDC Taloja, delivering automation across six core industries. From heavy fabrication to shipbuilding, our systems run on the production floors of India’s largest industrial names.
