THE FULL MACHINE LINE

17ad4dae-9b43-45a3-a186-77623d25ee2a
Plasma, oxy-fuel, bevel and pipe cutting, cut clean to weld-prep spec across 0.5 to 300 mm. Built to feed the next station without a second pass.
01
gantry drupe
Long-reach gantries that carry the robot to the workpiece and hold position at ten tons, sized for hull blocks, wagon shells and anything too large to bring to the robot.
02
Generated Image July 28, 2026 - 2_34PM (1)
Robotic gantries, nozzle welders and cladding systems that hold weld quality run after run, with every major robot brand integrated into one system.
03
welding automation
The control layer that ties robots, positioners and tracks into a single weld cycle. Set the parameters once and the machine holds them, seam after seam, shift after shift.
04
drupe linear
7th-axis tracks and slides with ±0.02 mm repeatability, extending robot reach across the cell for parts too long for a fixed-base robot to cover alone.
05
linear tracks
Heavy rail and flex track systems that carry the weld head along curved hulls, vessel shells and long structural runs, holding travel speed steady from the first pass to the last.
06
Machine tools
Support units, locknuts and pinions, the precision building blocks inside every machine we ship, engineered in-house so tolerance holds from drawing to floor.

Built around your part and your cycle time, not a catalogue. If the machine you need doesn't exist yet, this is where we design it.

FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What lead time should I plan for?

Most engineered machines ship within a few weeks of PO. Larger SPMs and multi-axis lines take longer, and we’ll share a firm timeline at quote stage so you can plan your project around it.

Every major brand. We integrate ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa, Kawasaki and Panasonic as standard, and we build the gantry or track around the robot you already run. No need to buy a new arm just to work with us.

Yes. Every machine ships with a complete document package: mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PLC programs, calibration reports, operator manuals and safety compliance. If your industry needs specific certification like ASME, CE or IBR, tell us at quote stage and we’ll build to it.

Yes, a significant part of what we build is custom. If your process doesn’t fit an off-the-shelf machine, we design one around your part and your cycle time. Bring us the drawing, the throughput target and the constraint. We’ll engineer the machine around them.

Yes. Our engineers install, calibrate and support the first production runs at your site. It’s included with every engineered machine order.

very machine ships with a standard manufacturer warranty covering structure, motion, controls and electricals. Bought-out components like robots and drives carry their OEM warranty, which we help you claim if anything comes up. Exact terms are confirmed at quote stage.

Yes. Beyond warranty, we offer AMC packages that keep the machine calibrated and running at spec across its lifetime. Options range from scheduled preventive visits to full uptime coverage, structured to fit how you run the shop.

Yes. On-site training for operators and maintenance staff is included with commissioning. We also run refresher sessions and can train new hires later if your team turns over.

Absolutely. Our fabrication floor at MIDC Taloja is open for buyer visits and we regularly host procurement and engineering teams before large orders. Message us at sales@drupeengg.com to schedule.

How do your machines compare on price to imported alternatives?

Same tolerances, meaningfully lower total landed cost. You save on freight, import duty and on-site support downtime. And spares reach you in days, not months.

How We Work

Work Process
01
Step

RFQ & Project Scope

Share your requirements and production goals. We evaluate feasibility, define the project scope and prepare a quotation tailored to your application.
02
Step

Technical Alignment

Our engineering team works with yours to finalize the technical approach, system configuration and integration plan based on your process and floor requirements.
03
Step

Build & Validation

The system is designed, fabricated and tested in-house at our facility. Motion trials, calibration and inspection are completed before dispatch.
04
Step

Deployment & Handover

Installation, commissioning and operator training are carried out on your floor. The system is handed over production-ready, with after-sales support available as needed.
